Belgium Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  2. Separate egg whites into a bowl, set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine egg yolks, oil, and milk.
  4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, whisk until there are no lumps. Then add in vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk egg whites until frothy, then add to batter.

Notes

  • Store leftover batter with plastic wrap touching the surface of the batter.
