- 4 1/2 inch thick pork chops
- 1 tablespoon minced lemongrass
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or canola)
Instructions
- Combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, and oil; then marinate the pork chops for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook pork chops until they release, about 4 minutes. Then flip and continue cooking for 3 minutes. If using a grill pan, cook the pork chops in batches to avoid steaming the chops.
- Serve with steamed rice, fried egg, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, and nuoc cham.
