Belgium Waffles

Ingredients
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- Separate egg whites into a bowl, set aside.
- In another bowl, combine egg yolks, oil, and milk.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, whisk until there are no lumps. Then add in vanilla extract.
- Whisk egg whites until frothy, then add to batter.
Notes
- Store leftover batter with plastic wrap touching the surface of the batter.
