Ingredients

  • 1/2 head Red Cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons (1 lemon) Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl or resealable bag. Set aside.
  2. Shred the red cabbage and add it to the oil mixture.
  3. Combine well, then cover the bowl or reseal the bag and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

  • If the flavor is too tart, add up to 1 teaspoon of sugar or more if needed.
