- 1/2 head Red Cabbage
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons (1 lemon) Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl or resealable bag. Set aside.
- Shred the red cabbage and add it to the oil mixture.
- Combine well, then cover the bowl or reseal the bag and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- If the flavor is too tart, add up to 1 teaspoon of sugar or more if needed.
