- 2 teaspoon Sesame oil (toasted)
- 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 lb Lo mein noodles
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 8 Green onions, ends trimmed, cut into 2 inch sections
- 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
Instructions
- Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and mirin in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Cook noodles per package directions. Drain and give them a quick rinse under tap water to prevent sticking together as they sit.
- Heat oil in a large deep non-stick skillet or wok over high heat. Add the white part of green onions, stir for 20 seconds. Add garlic and stir for 10 seconds or until light golden.
- Add noodles then pour in the prepared sauce. Toss for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Add green onions and toss until just wilted, about 20 seconds. Serve immediately.
