  • 4 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Warm water

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil

Instructions

  3. Roll the dough into a 2-foot log, then cut it into 16 equal pieces, each about 1 1/2 inches wide.
  4. [Optional] Split the dough into 4 equal sections. Roll one section into breadsticks and leave the other 3 in a ball. Let them rise for 1 hour. Freeze the 3 dough balls for up to 3 months.
  5. Garlic bread seasoning: Mix all ingredients and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the breadsticks for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, brush with butter, and sprinkle with the garlic bread seasoning mix.
