- 8 oz. Ribeye, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon (approximately 3 cloves) Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Green Onions, cut into 1½-inch long
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, sliced onion, soy sauce, honey, mirin, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add thinly sliced ribeye to the marinade. Ensure the meat is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated ribeye slices until they are cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Add green onions during the last few minutes of cooking, allowing them to soften slightly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the Bulgogi before serving.
Notes
- Serve the Bulgogi over steamed rice or wrapped in lettuce leaves for a delicious Korean meal!
