- 4 Chicken thighs (skin and bone)
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
- for pan Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add oil to the pan and toast garlic until fragrant and brown.
- Sear chicken on high heat until golden brown.
- Add the sauce, bring to a simmer, and then transfer the pan to the oven at 375°F for 40 minutes.
