Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken thighs (skin and bone)
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Minced garlic
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • for pan Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add oil to the pan and toast garlic until fragrant and brown.
  3. Sear chicken on high heat until golden brown.
  4. Add the sauce, bring to a simmer, and then transfer the pan to the oven at 375°F for 40 minutes.
