Spicy Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 lb Spicy Italian sausage
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan/Romano cheese
  • 1 Tbs Parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, spicy Italian sausage, minced garlic, eggs, Parmesan/Romano cheese, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and 1/2 cup of water.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the remaining 3/4 cup of water, 1/2 cup at a time, and continue mixing until the mixture reaches a moist and uniform consistency.
  5. Form the mixture into meatballs (about the size of a golfball) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve the In meatballs on their own, with pasta, or in your favorite sauce.
