Spicy Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 lb Spicy Italian sausage
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan/Romano cheese
- 1 Tbs Parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, spicy Italian sausage, minced garlic, eggs, Parmesan/Romano cheese, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and 1/2 cup of water.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Gradually add the remaining 3/4 cup of water, 1/2 cup at a time, and continue mixing until the mixture reaches a moist and uniform consistency.
- Form the mixture into meatballs (about the size of a golfball) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve the In meatballs on their own, with pasta, or in your favorite sauce.
